BILL KIELY
Director and Mobility Consultant. Bill has over 26 years experience in the automotive and IT industry
with an in-depth knowledge of specialist vehicle supply, motor manufacture liaison, finance and
transport administration. Prior to developing Reselco Finance alongside Les King in 1996, Bill worked
within the Wincanton Group for over 15 years. In this capacity Bill developed the Contract Hire
operation and was responsible for 12,000 vehicles and 160 staff.
Bill was subsequently appointed as Sales and Marketing Director at Technology Interactive Ltd
developing the corporate business sector. Bill then went on to start his own business developing the
Disabled Specialist Vehicle Scheme, it was here that he recognised the need for a service that would
co-ordinate and source bespoke mobility solutions.
